UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE

UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE
(DESIGN, COORDINATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT)

The NIC utility infrastructure team has an expertise of over 20 years with clients ranging from small infill developers to large bluechip housebuilders constructing several thousand units over a number of phases and enjoys an enviable reputation of enjoying repeat engagements with many of their clients.

At NIC we approach things differently to others – we will seek to view how our design works with and influences other elements and will always be first, leading the way to coordinate designs and resolve issues. NIC is always on hand to guide clients through the often difficult and constantly changing world of utility infrastructure. We are not affiliated to any IDNO, IGT, SLA or UIP and can therefore provide, honest clear, impartial advice to clients for selecting prospective suppliers for their developments.

We will work proactively with the client’s other consultants, such as the Architect, the Structural/Civil Engineer and the M&E Consultant to ensure our utility designs coordinate with the designs of others to avoid problems on-site. We are on-hand to assist the client when things do not always go right with the appointed utility supplier and will work with them in a collaborative way to resolve issues quickly.
